Tom Kha Paste “Aroy-D” 400g
Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Galangal 17%, Lemon grass, Refined Soybean oil, Chillis, Kaffir lime peel, Monosodium glutamate (E621) as flavour enhancer, Citric acid (E330) as acidity regulator.
Recipe: (2-3 persons).
- Boil 1 cup (220 ml) of water and 1 1/8 cups (250 ml) of coconut milk until boiled.
- Put 2 3/4 tbsp (115 g) of well cut chicken and some of your favourite vegetables.
- Put 1 tbsp (15 g) of sugar.
- Keep boiling on medium heat for around 8 minutes or until the meat is done.
