Tom Yum Paste “Aroy-D” 400g
Ingredients: Lemon grass 24%, Refined soybean oil, Shallot, Sugar, Tamarind Paste, Dried chilli, Galangal, Garlic, Salt, Acidity regulator: Citric acid (E330), Fish sauce (Anchovy, Salt, Water), Flavour enhancer: Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Shrimp powder, Kaffir lime peel.

Recipe for 2-3 persons:
- Boil 2 cups of water, when it is boiled put 2-3 tbsp (50g) of curry paste.
- Put 1/4 cup (15g) of galangal, 1/2 cup (30g) of lemon grass and 3/4 cup (50g) of mushrooms, then keep boiling.
- Wait until it is boiled just put 1 cup (200g) of shrimps or your favourite meat (turn off the heat when it is boiled).
- Pour 1/2 tablespoon (7,5g) of fish sauce and 1/2 tbsp (7,5g) lime juice or as preferred.
- Before serving just put 2-3 leaves of kaffir lime leaves and some well cut coriander leaves.
